  • Remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery fees or extended timeframes.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after order confirmation.
  • Custom or special-order items may take 10-21 business days depending on supplier availability.
  • You’ll receive tracking updates or dispatch confirmation once your order is shipped.

Delivery Fees Delivery Terms

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  • Large or bulky items may carry a separate delivery surcharge depending on your area.
  • Dot Furn may offer free delivery promotions from time to time – terms apply.
  • Delivery is curbside only unless stated otherwise.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order at the delivery address.
  • Failed deliveries due to inaccessibility or no one being present may incur a redelivery fee.

Product Inspection & Damages

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, notify the delivery team immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Claims made after this window may not be honored.
  • All items leave our warehouse quality-checked and packaged securely.

Shipping Delays

  • While we aim for fast, reliable delivery, unforeseen delays (e.g, supplier issues, strikes, load shedding, weather) may occur.
  • We will communicate any known delays and keep you updated.
  • Dot Furn will not be held liable for delays outside of our control.
