Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after order confirmation.
- Custom or special-order items may take 10-21 business days depending on supplier availability.
- You’ll receive tracking updates or dispatch confirmation once your order is shipped.

- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
- Large or bulky items may carry a separate delivery surcharge depending on your area.
- Dot Furn may offer free delivery promotions from time to time – terms apply.
- Delivery is curbside only unless stated otherwise.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order at the delivery address.
- Failed deliveries due to inaccessibility or no one being present may incur a redelivery fee.
Product Inspection & Damages
- Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, notify the delivery team immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- Claims made after this window may not be honored.
- All items leave our warehouse quality-checked and packaged securely.
Shipping Delays
- While we aim for fast, reliable delivery, unforeseen delays (e.g, supplier issues, strikes, load shedding, weather) may occur.
- We will communicate any known delays and keep you updated.
